  • Location: proposals 3-5 locations based on desired kind of location, organise and accompany on visit
  • Catering: propose different catering due to desired kind of food, organise and accomany menú tasting
  • Day of the wedding: Support the whole day – some hours before the event starts until the discoteque is running

- in case the location isn´t wedding proven, making sure there´s enough electricity, cooking possibilities for the catering, permits from the town hall, coordination of the different companies will be more complex, option for rain etc.
Timeline (from our first meeting until the thank you cards of your wedding): - First meeting "get to know each other" (also possible via skype) - getting to know each other, your ideas and dreams (until what time do you want the dancing to last, getting married at or near the beach or countryside or in or with view at the city, how many guests etc.)
- Help with administrative paper work / how to get married in Spain
- Selection of matching locations, caterings with menu options etc.
-Visiting locations with you, coordinating the visits at the same day/ weekend
- Designing and optionally also sending the "save-the-date"

- Communication with the guests/ pre-writing it for you at the adequate time: checklist just before the wedding (to bring a small jacket even in summer, answering questions regarding the dresscode etc.)

- Presents from your guests: make sure they get stored safely and a person of your choice receives all the money presents
- Being prepared regarding where to find the next doctor, taxi numbers for services at night in the country side etc.
- Organising bus shuttles, hotels to the location or from the church to the location or back home at different times
- Different countries - different customs: we make sure to respect them or tell you about them (e.g. how a chinese tea ceremony works and how to make it shorter in a educated way)

    We enjoyed so much the day of our wedding - thanks to Nina from Mydreamwedding! It´s so nice to feel that save having a wedding planner! Instead of organizing we just enjoyed these magic moments with our family and friends. We had such a lot of fun! Knowing that Nina would always be on our side - taking care of everyting as e.g. decisions regarding the weather: until the last moment it wasn`t clear if we could do the ceremony outside. In the end it was possible and it was as we dreamed: getting married in front of the sea.
